Tupu a nuku

Today were lucky enough to be able to go to the garden. When we got there a lady named Eli, she split us in groups and we had to plant something. My group planted onions, after we planted our onions, we planted pumpkin seeds. We had to get 3 pumpkin seeds and put them in the dirt container. Once we had done that we were told to practice our matariki macarena. these are the words to the song

WALT write instructions

Our WALT last week was to write instruction of how to make a delicious burger. The hard part was writing the instructions the easiest part was adding diagrams.

Hokitika Treetop Walk

Miss Kaye said we had to choose a building in Greymouth and write a non-fiction book about it. I enjoyed making the book because I like looking up stuff. What I found hard was finding information about the Treetop walk (I could barley find anything!). My NSL would be to use a subheading.

Maths DLO

My DLO is about working out the perimeter of a shape. It was hard to find out the perimeter because of the counting the centimetres. It was easy to make the video because I knew what i was doing.
